Job brief:
If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Job Description:
1. Installation / Troubleshoot / Implementation of Kaspersky Products.
2. Training & Consultant of Kaspersky Products.
3. Handling Support Tickets and Close Tickets.
4. Provide support via Chat, Phone, Remote and Field visit.
5. Research and provide support of issues.
6. Prepare report (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) as per management needs.
7. Attend Training through Webinar, Webcast or conference.
8. Participate in IT Seminar, IT Expo and Cyber Security related events.
Preferred Knowledge:
1. General knowledge on AntiVirus, Internet Security, Total Security Knowledge
2. Knowledge on Gateway, DNS, IP, Subnet Mask, VPN, VLAN, Firewall, Networking, Cyber Security, Hacking
3. Knowledge on Operating System Windows Workstation,Windows Server, Linux Server / Workstation, Mac
4. Capacity of Listening to Customer Complaint
5. Telephone / Chat / Support Mannerisms
6. Self-study and research for unknown issues
7. Leadership & Communication Skill
8. Data and OS Backup, Restore and Migration
9. Remote Boot, Remote Installation of OS, Remote Access
