Job Description:
- Assist to (HOD) for Area sales activities.
- Visit to Dealers for account settlement.
- Regular Area wise field visit as assigned by HOD.
- Area wise account check and update to related (HOD).
- Verifying Payment and coordination to Finance Unit.
- Coordinate with Sales Director for outside valley pending and overdue Payment.
- Daily field visit Report ready & submit to HOD.
- Visit to Dealers and verify their Physical Stock and calculate.
- Full Support & Coordinate with Sales Director for growth of Outside Central region.
- Competitive analysis brands market demands, fast moving and slow-moving products in all brands.
- Attending Area wise Events, programs, and Technical workshop when and wherever needed.
- Feedback, Suggestion, Complain, Problem keeping record & submit to (HOD).
- Ensure Customer needs and wants.
- Keep up to date with product’s knowledge.
- Accurately describe products features and benefits.
- Products sales and promotion activities.
- Handle Regional Corporate Meet and product Promotion.
- Responds to all inquiries and complaints of the customers.
- Prepare necessary reports as per reporting authority required.
- Generate business lead and convert it to success deal.
- Ensure the assign task given from the reporting authority is been complete in a certain time.
Job Specification:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- Priority will be given to local residents.
