Job Description:
1. Manage workplace elements inventory and region orders.
2. Prepare ordinary reviews on charges and workplace budgets.
3. Maintain and replace corporation databases.
4. Organize a submitting machine for vital and exclusive corporation documents.
5. Answer queries through personnel and clients.
6. Update workplace guidelines as needed.
7. Maintain a corporation calendar and time table appointments.
8. Book assembly rooms as required Distribute and keep correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
9. Prepare reviews and shows with statistical data, as assigned Arrange tour and accommodations.
Job Specification:
1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
2. Solid knowledge of office procedures
3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Attention to detail
